Leadership
SkySmart was founded in 2021 by Brandon Sorrell. Mr. Sorrell has over 20 years of unique aviation-related subject matter expertise and has a proven track record of delivering complex solutions from ideation to production for federal and commercial clients from start-ups to Fortune 500s.
His career began as an industrial engineer for one of the world's largest airlines and following the attacks of September 11, he shifted focus to aviation security. More recently his work has been centered on technology implementation, process improvement, system integration support, and project/program management.
He has significant expertise in security technology data analytics, Internet of Things (IoT) solutioning, airport operations management, industry coordination, efficiency analysis, and passenger processing.
He lives and works in Dallas, Texas but is always excited to jump on that next flight for business or pleasure.
